Booking Policies
Payments
Cash and Credit cards are accepted. I do not accept personal or traveler's checks. Cash is accepted, but you must have exact change. Deposits are Non refundable. NO zelle, apple pay or cash app.
During Service
I want you to relax and enjoy your service. It is important that I am able to focus on your service and skincare needs. It is preferred for you to leave your child at home and no other guest is allowed.
Tardiness
If you are more than 10 mins late, there will be a $10 fee added to your service. If you are 15 mins late your appointment will be cancelled.
Sickness
If you are sick you will be refused service and will be charged to re-book an appointment. Please do NOT schedule if you are experiencing any signs of illness or SEVERE allergies.
Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. Please understand that when you book, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent another client from booking and directly impact my business.
No Show
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Charges on your credit/debit card will ONLY occur based on the policy.
